Job Details:
The role is working in the inbound call centre, taking calls from existing customers in regards to their accounts. You will also deal with any general customer service queries.
The position is full time working 5 days between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on a Saturday

We have on going temporary assignments available with a large international financial services company based in their landmark building in Kemp Town.
As a technical helpdesk representative you will be responsible to make outbound calls to new merchants that has not had their Credit card terminal set up to take our clients cards. The representative goes through different procedures and downloads on the terminal with the merchant to ensure that the card scheme is being added to the terminal.
