HR Officer required for organisation based in Cirencester. The role will be 21 hours per week and initially for a 3 month contract. Key Skills and experience required: Fully competent in Employee Relations, Absence Management, Recruitment, Disciplinary and Grievances and preferably TUPE. Need to be able to proactively partner with the business, build successful relationships with line managers and drive the HR agenda.
