Due to an increase in demand my client based in Slough is currently looking to recruit Resourcers to join placing candidates in Permanent and Contract positions. Prospective applicants will have either previous Resourcing experience within a technical sector or come from a sales/ telesales/internal sales/or customer focussed background with an understanding of IT technology of any discipline i.e Semiconductor, Telecomms, Electronics, Engineering etc. You will need to be assertive, persuasive and have the desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace. The primary objective of the Resourcer role is to assist Recruitment Consultants in the sourcing of candidates for known vacancies. This will involve database searching and a considerable amount of candidate assessment by telephone.
