Based from offices in Chatham or Maidstone, as Careers/Recruitment Support Advisor your role will be to promote work based learning/apprenticeships in order to attract learners (within the 16-18 yrs age group) on to Apprenticeship and NVQ training programmes, this will involve conducting marketing and PR activity within the likes of schools, colleges, career fairs etc. You will match new and existing learners with suitable employers for placement and employment and offer assistance on how to prepare for an interview.
