Job Summary
This role will operate front-end loaders as directed while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures to produce a superior product. Job Responsibilities
-Operate loaders to keep production line stocked with raw materials
-Adhere to safety procedures and workplace policies
-Load materials into the aggregate silo
-Perform sampling and quality control of raw materials
-Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods
-Properly label product and package product for inventory
-Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality is up to standards
-Complete daily paperwork including inspection reports for equipment
-Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-At least 3 years of prior front-end loader experience
-Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
-Able to work extended shifts when required
-Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
-Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
-Must have reliable transportation
Compensation
-$22 - $25/hr
