Job Summary
The Administrative Project Coordinator provides support to Sun's Event & Special Projects team by performing various administrative tasks in an organized and effective manner.
Job Duties
-Responds to team member inquiries and requests across various communication channels (phone, email, support ticket system) in a timely and efficient manner.
-Assists with resolving uniform-related inquiries and issues from team members in a timely and professional manner.
-Assists with administering Sun's purchasing card programs.
-Uploads and codes invoices into ERP system to ensure payment is processed on a timely basis.
-Makes travel arrangements, including booking airfare, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for team members traveling to/from company events.
-Assists with maintaining the team member rewards and incentive programs.
-Assists with monitoring inventory and maintaining an adequate supply of event-related materials.
-Assists with various special projects as requested.
-Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED (Required)
-1 year HR experience (Preferred)
-2 years Administrative experience (Required)
-2 years Customer service experience (Required)
-Ability to work under minimal supervision
-Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
-Exceptional attention to detail
