PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Develop and deliver best VM knowledge to adidas store cross all channels. Play a critical role to drive brand direction, business growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Implement VM principles & techniques cross both own retail and key franchise stores
-Implement daily visual merchandising directives to stores and formalize report accordingly
-Provide and coach visual merchandising guidance for OVM and in store VM and store staff
-Implement in store communication guidelines in responsible areas based on set guideline

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 3 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail environment with sports brands or fashion retail brands
-College degree or above
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
