Your impact
Lead the development of new products and technologies, as well as enhancements to existing
hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence across all phases of product development, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget and timeline constraints.
Your experience and qualifications
-Lead the design and development of new products and technologies for hydraulic systems and modernize existing solutions.
-Create and analyze hydraulic schematic diagrams using virtual simulation tools such as Automation Studio and AMESim.
-Diagnose hydraulic and electrical malfunctions across various equipment and propose effective, long-term solutions.
-Apply engineering and quality tools such as DFMEA, DVPR, 8D reports, and Design Reviews to ensure robust project oversight and collaboration with suppliers.
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
-Solid knowledge of Mobil hydraulics, its components and systems.
-Solid expertise in Project Management, from planning to execution.
-Experience in tools as should cost, DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D (Failure analysis).
-Experience in technical drawings and GD&T.
-Advanced proficiency in English is
mandatory.
