The Quality Assurance & Operations Executive required to support testing activities under Digital Operations streams. This function focus on manual test execution and incident/ order flow validation, driving a scalable and efficient delivery model.
Make an Impact by

-Execute manual test cases across customer journeys (login, payment, subscription, billing, CRM updates)
-Support regression testing for BAU deployments and hotfix releases
-Monitor and validate operational flows (e.g., order stuck cases, fulfilment, payment completion)
-Perform sanity checks and assist in root cause analysis
-Log and track defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM
-Conduct retesting and confirm defect resolution post-fix
-Create and maintain test accounts, billing setups, and fulfilment simulations
-Coordinate test data readiness with backend teams
-Provide daily updates on test execution and incident monitoring
-Recommend enhancements to improve testing efficiency and accuracy
-Remain flexible to adapt responsibilities as required by project and business priorities
Skills for Success:

-Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
-Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or telecommunications products testing
-Familiar with test lifecycle processes and structured QA methodologies
-Basic understanding in automation testing or scripting is required
-Experience in defect management tools for e.d. JIRA or ALM
-Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration
-Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple prioritie
-Off-hours support may be required for critical deployments or urgent incidents.
