We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team in Montpelier, Vermont (US-VT), United States (US).
This position is 3 days on-site in Montpelier, VT and 2 days remote.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work with Enterprise & Corporate applications
- Manage a larger group of Delivery Management team members
- Allocate appropriate resources across accounts and teams
- Be the escalation point and responsible for delivery and client satisfaction on multiple engagements and clients
- Ensure full life-cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs committed within the approved deal model
- Contributes to account growth
- Leads large pre-sales assignments from ideation to solution
- Build and sustain effective communications with all stakeholders and cross functional teams in an effort to maximize client experience
- Service delivery costs, service level and coordination of resources
- Advanced organizing and planning skills to effectively manage larger teams.
- Strong priority-setting skills to effectively meet departmental strategic and operational objectives
- Lead large cross-functional delivery teams.
- Advanced ability to lead teams across multiple shores.
Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant IT experience in application development and support
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience leading high performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and lead delivery of large projects successfully
Roles & Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience working in Life & Annuities Insurance
- Demonstrated experience managing very large third-party relationships in the successful achievement of client satisfaction levels
- Manage significant delivery budgets and minimize program variances
Education:
- B.S. Degree
