PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
-In conjunction with the Location Manager,
assure
the smooth and efficient operations of the facility

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

-Oversee daily operations.

-Responsible for scheduling and directing
workflow
of employees.

-Assist the location manager/region manager with all supervisor duties including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

-Provide exceptional customer service.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Assists with the weighing, probing and grading of grain both inbound and outbound.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-When applicable develops a strong understanding of grain accounting software system.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-When applicable, enters scale tickets, contracts and other documents into grain accounting software system.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Manage material handling, storage,
transport
and equipment for delivery of products.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Assist
with the recording of daily safety checks for operations.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Loads and unloads containers, pallets, or materials and products, safely on/off trucks, trailers, and/or railcars.

-Responsible for the
oversite of
maintenance of the location equipment,
grounds
and facility.

-Schedules
maintenance and repairs of vehicles and equipment as
requested
.

-Maintains
an appropriate inventory
of parts necessary for repairs and maintenance.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Assure
proper safety procedures are being followed
in order to
stay compliant.

-Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.

-Attends all required meetings and training programs.

-Coordinate with Location Manager, Safety Coordinator, and other management members to assure maximum profitability of

and maximum safety of all employees

-Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures. EHS, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.

REQUIREMENTS
