What you will do:
-Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns through phone calls and email correspondence.
-Provide exceptional customer service to bolster sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) to strengthen customer relationships and work collectively towards achieving sales targets.
-Manage the entire order process from initiation to delivery, including order tracking and recommending complementary products.
-Make strategic recommendations to increase the adoption of private label products and digital solutions.
-Support OSRs in developing account growth strategies and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
-Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while assisting with various customer operations.
-Efficiently resolve day-to-day customer issues, whether working remotely or from company offices as required.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years' Sales or Customer Service experience, preferably in building materials.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
-Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
-Comfort with extended periods of desk work and heavy phone/email communication
