Requirements
1. Qualification: Computer Science Engineer, Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a university degree. This may be considered.
2. Experience: 2 years of experience configuring hardware and software, repairing computer equipment, configuring and using networks, structured cabling, telecommunications equipment, radios, and connectivity; knowledge of Office 365 platforms (Power Platforms), video conferencing, and providing in-person and remote customer support and assistance.
3. English level: Intermediate
4. Duties: Administration and configuration of computer equipment and accessories, network management, cabling, user support at any of the Neuquén bases, support for networks and communications equipment installed in the field, video conferencing equipment, support visits to remote bases/fields, report generation, communication with the Help Desk and Level 2 team in English, providing support and solutions to users in Office 365 (Power Platform) if required, in-person or remote user support outside of normal business hours and on weekends (on-call).
