• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
• You will manage a caseload acting on behalf of landlords & tenants as well as buyers & sellers handling commercial leases, sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, development, investment work, licenses for alterations, and wayleaves.
• You must be confident and capable or managing a commercial property caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision, possessing outstanding communications skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
