Responsibilities:
* Lead and own the full talent acquisition lifecycle across Saudi Arabia and the wider region
* Develop and implement strategic workforce planning aligned with business goals and growth plans
* Build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
* Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top-tier hospitality talent
* Leverage data and market insights to optimise recruitment processes and outcomes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition leadership role within luxury hospitality, ideally in the Middle East region
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive levels
* Experience managing recruitment for large-scale hotel openings or developments
* Deep understanding of the local talent market and cultural nuances
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
