Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced, forward-thinking manufacturing environment?
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected manufacturer based in Warminster, for a talented and driven Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
Rapid response to equipment breakdowns - fault finding (electrical and mechanical).
Conduct regular inspections, lubrication, adjustment, and component replacement.
Perform safety checks to ensure operational safety and compliance.
Replace consumables (filters, belts, lubricants).
Test and calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts.
Oversee or manage cleaning crews during maintenance tasks.
Health & Safety / Compliance:
Ensure all tasks are performed in line with Health & Safety standards.
Assist with implementing H&S policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold environmental and quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
Formal qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (e.g., Apprenticeship, HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 17th/18th Edition).
Experience in a similar Mechanical, Electrical, or Dual Skilled maintenance role.
Previous experience in corrugated packaging or machinery such as Die Cutters, Flexo Printers, or Multipoint Gluers is highly advantageous.
Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Comfortable working independently and under pressure.
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary
A£44,000 - A£46,000 per annum
Quarterly bonus (after 6 months)
Regular overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
