I have a unique opportunity to manage one of London finest leisure and entertainment venues that focus on good fun, hard work and delivering a great offering across, competitive socilasing. My client is consistently developing the product and will be adding more premium sports and leisure fun to the site for the summer.
WITH THIS IN MIND.......
I am looking for an individual to lead the team to achieve these goals. Experience in a similar large volume seasonal environment is essential as is an understanding of the financial management of a multi faced business. Previous responsibility for budgeting, sales and marketing, cost controls, capex expenditure and supply chain are essential as well as project management as they redevelop the venue.
CAN YOU.....
* Managing a team of managers?
* Add value to business with Hospitality or Competitive socialising experience/ background.
* Demonstrate how you lead and developing teams?
* Financial appreciation of costs, budgeting, revenues, margins and reporting.
* A personal license.
* A strong work ethic and availability at weekends and bank holidays.
* SIA knowledge, understanding and experience.
* Appreciation of local authority communications and requirements.
* Delivered events for over 100 people at a time.
* Managed events for companies and individuals.
* Worked well with sales and bookings teams.
* Take ideas and bring them to fruition?
* Mange the financial aspects of a Large seasonal business?
