General Manager "Fast paced wet led venue"
Location: Newcastle
Salary: Up to A£55,000+
I am delighted to expand my experience to the North East of England and a new, high-volume leisure venue based in the NE who are looking for an experienced General Manager to help drive and lead operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant potential for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safe and effective management of the team and venue
* Maintain operational standards across all departments, including gaming, food, beverage, events, and sports
* Lead, coach, and develop staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
* Manage business processes, including transactions and inventory
* Foster a positive, team-focused work environment
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a General Manager in leisure, hospitality, or food & beverage
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver high-quality customer service
* Innovative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to create a fun and supportive atmosphere
