The General Manager Role:
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Oversee operational excellence, ensuring all standards are met and exceeded
* Manage financial performance, including cost control and maximising profitability
* Ensure compliance with all H&S and operational audits
* Drive guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality food and service
* Plan and execute staffing and logistics to maintain speed without compromising quality
