-Responsible for driving the Franchise strategy for assigned accounts
-Leading and managing the implementation of Brand and Sales initiatives, programs for the franchise channel to promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage.
-To establish strong relationship with franchise customer’s decision makers to increase sales opportunities and brand presence.
-To effectively apply sales strategies, policies and best practices in the franchise channel.
-Allocate resources, negotiate, implement and track action plans to achieve set annual net sales target.
-Ensure proper representation of the brand and ensure excellence in in-store execution.
-To pursue additional business opportunities and apply a strategic mid-long term approach.

-To manage sustainable growth by adopting a sell out mindset and drive initiatives through sell out support

-Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions
-By proactively facilitate meeting/business reviews with designated operations team and Customer Service

-To monitor and report the market trends and competitors in the area
