What You’ll Do

-Tackle challenges related to material science, production techniques, and environmental sustainability.
-Optimize ready-mix concrete and asphalt, streamlining everything from raw material selection to plant performance and logistics.
-Analyze project documentation, ensuring material compliance and crafting clear, compelling submittals for aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
-Collaborate with Quality Control and Environmental Teams to uphold the highest standards in safety, operations, and regulatory compliance.
-Design and manage plant improvement initiatives—your ideas will shape tomorrow’s best practices.
-Engage in general surveying, inventory management, and reserve analysis, ensuring our projects are built to last.
-Participate in inspections, ensuring every process meets or exceeds environmental, safety, and health standards.
-Foster a safe, inclusive work environment where professionalism and collaboration are the norm.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"-
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution; advanced degrees or additional certifications are a plus.
-Passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam preferred.
-Experience or internship in construction materials, mining, or quality control is a bonus—but we value passion and drive above all.

-Flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as needed to meet project demands.
Physical & Environmental Requirements

-Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform hands-on tasks in all weather conditions.
-Comfortable with a mix of standing, walking, sitting, climbing, kneeling, and occasional exposure to a range of site conditions, including noise and airborne particles (PPE provided).
