PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
-Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls
-Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information
-Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation
-Supports accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company
-Assist internal and external auditors
-Maintains the ERP system and its interfaces with other applications
-Supports creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP
-Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
-Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
-Advanced or fluent English (regional and global communication)
-Experience with external auditing
-Experience in inventory reporting (products or retail)
-SAP and Excel skills
-Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles
