Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on the delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Principales responsabilidades
-Detección y resolución de cuellos de botella, así como la gestión con alta gerencia sobre los recursos para cumplir con demanda
-Consolidación de análisis de capacidad de producción en todas las plataformas de ensamble, pruebas de corto y largo plazo.
-Revisión y confirmación de requerimiento de personal directo y tecnicos para periodos y planes de producción definidos.
-Asegurar el mantenimiento continuo en sistema a estándares de producción, tiempos de ciclo, yields, tamaño de lote optimo, estándares de consumo de materiales.
-Participación en proyectos de mejora continua y validación económica de los mismos.
-Análisis de distribución de planta.
-Digitalizacion de información para optima toma de decisiones en tiempo y forma
Required Experience and Skills
Comunicación con SCM, Alta Direccion local y corporativo, atención a visitas de clientes
Ingles fluido hablado y escrito,
Ing. Industrial y de sistemas,
Experiencia mínima de 8-10 anios
