Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Leader to join our Delivery Leadership Practice at Launch by NTT DATA. You will be responsible for managing complex client engagements from project initiation through successful completion, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Partnership Management

-Grow and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, serving as primary point of contact

-Stay aligned with Business Unit strategy from opportunity identification through project completion
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Maintain daily client contact and relationships, setting clear expectations and reporting on delivery progress
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Serve as first point of escalation for client issues, resolving directly or escalating as needed
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Manage scope discussions and negotiations with clients, alerting teams of scope changes
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Manage and write change orders based on input from delivery teams
Project Delivery & Execution

-Take full responsibility for overall delivery and health of assigned projects
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Lead project startup activities including demand requests, WBS creation, resource selection, finance alignment, budget tracking, and team onboarding
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Lead client kick-offs and set clear project goals and expectations
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Maintain RAID logs, run status reports, and continuously monitor and adjust delivery progress
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Create comprehensive reports and track overall roadmap delivery progress
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Provide scope estimations (in collaboration with the development team leadership cohort) and tracking
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Create delivery timelines and ensure alignment across all teams
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Ensure smooth day-to-day project operations and delivery processes
Budget & Resource Management

-Manage project budgets proactively to maintain targeted margins, including WBS management and invoicing approvals
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Onboard and offboard team resources, including coordination of client equipment and access
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Maintain constant communication with delivery teams and stakeholders
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Work with practice leads to resolve personnel and performance issues as needed
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Maintain team health and morale across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background

-8+ years of experience in project/program management with demonstrated success in complex technology projects in a client services environment
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with proven relationship management skills
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Strong background in Agile methodologies and product management principles
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in consulting, agency, or enterprise software environments
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
Technical Competencies

-Deep expertise in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies

-Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices

-Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)

-Proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and financial tracking

-Knowledge of product management principles and roadmap development
