-You monitor order-related ticket queues and ensure proper ticket routing and completion.

-Technical background, understands the lifecycle of a request or incident within the IT environment, preferably in order management.
-Initial experience with ITSM tools and solid knowledge of SAP, as well as working with service knowledge management and knowledge management tools.
-We especially appreciate your communication skills and your willingness to engage deeply with customer challenges.
-You bring solid experience, sensitivity, and soft skills for dealing with customers.
