Foreperson-Plants and Asphalt:
What you can expect:
-$28.00 hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
-Annual increase potential.
-OT after 8.
-Paid Time Off.
-$1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited!
What you will do:
-Coordinate asphalt plant activity.
-Communicate daily workload.
-Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up.
-Previous supervisory experience.
-Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills.
