My client a Property and Space Management company are seeking an Operational Performance Partner. This role will allow you to be the glue that keeps the commercial and operations team running smoothly. Allowing for the strong reputation the client has developed over the years, for excellent customer service and innovative solutions to be upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute site-specific, data-led commercial strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
* Lead planning and mobilisation of new sites, ensuring strong early performance.
* Monitor site performance, market trends, and competitor activity to drive improvements.
* Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* Strong commercial or operational experience in a multi-site, customer-facing sector.
* Proven track record of improving revenue and performance.
* Ability to work independently across a large geographical area, with regular travel.
* Full UK driving licence and strong stakeholder management skills.
