Make an Impact by
-Achieve CAST Gross Adds Financial Year target from various Singtel sales channels (will be assigned one or a combination of these areas of CAST Video, Mobile Security, Digital Content, 5G VASes)
-Launch new packs as we acquire new partners.
-Work with Product, IT and customer care teams to ease customer pain points in terms of provisioning, activation and usage of service.
-Work with Product teams to make improvements to CAST.sg in terms of improving user journey and new features that will increase customer purchase rate and increase customer visits
Skills for Success
-Min Degree with 8 years of experience in in marketing / business domain
-Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
-Proficient in negotiating new business deals and
managing different stakeholder interests
-Experienced in business case modelling
-Experienced in working with multiple teams to deliver major projects or feature updates.
-Experience in working with IT, Product Development teams would be a plus
