The ideal Assistant General Manager will have:
* Previous wet-led bar management experience (high-volume experience essential)
* Current experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
* Strong cocktail knowledge and a good understanding of food
* Strong financial acumen
* A fun, hands-on, confident personality - this is not a brand for wallflowers!
* A commitment to creating a positive, enjoyable environment for team members
