About the Role
As a Ready-Mix Driver, you’ll be the face of our company, ensuring safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to a variety of projects and customers. You’ll operate modern equipment in both industrial and residential settings, often working independently while knowing our team has your back.
Main Responsibilities

-Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Load and unload equipment and materials as needed
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-High school diploma or GED required
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record
Work Requirements
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Must be 18+ years old
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Hold a valid DOT medical card
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage (company provided)
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Willing to work up to 6 days a week with overtime as needed
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Flexible to work nights, weekends, and travel for assignments
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Team player with a positive attitude, strong communication, and customer service skills
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Ability to train and mentor others if experienced
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Meet company, state, and federal driving standards
Knowledge & Skills

-Expertise in operating mixer trucks and related equipment
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Strong math, recordkeeping, and basic reading skills
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Experience in securing and transporting heavy or oversized loads
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Professional, courteous, and effective communication with customers and coworkers
Physical & Work Environment

-Ability to lift to 100 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, and climb as needed
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Prolonged sitting and driving may be required
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Work in various weather conditions and environments
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Exposure to moving parts, noise, and occasionally to chemicals and elevated work areas

-Strict adherence to all OSHA/MSHA regulations and safety protocols
