About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead and inspire a dynamic outbound sales team. You'll drive performance, manage training, and help your team surpass their targets, while creating a positive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of outbound telesales agents to achieve sales goals.
* Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
* Recruit and onboard new agents.
* Track team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
* Foster a high-energy, target-driven culture.
* Collaborate with the management team to align on sales objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven success in telesales and team leadership.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
* Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
* Base salary A£40,000 - A£45,000 + commission
