•The appointed lawyer will manage a diverse and complex caseload, including easements, wayleaves, option agreements, leases, and land sales with development potential, while working with a variety of clients such as landowners, developers, and funders.
•Applications are open to solicitors or legal executives with at least five years’ experience in a similar role, possessing in-depth knowledge of commercial property work, with experience in agricultural or property development law considered beneficial but not essential.
