We are seeking a
Manager of AI and Predictive Analytics to
develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. This role will work at the intersection of
finance, AI, and strategic analytics, applying cutting-edge
Natural Language Processing (NLP) causal inference, predictive modeling, and large-scale data analysis to drive impactful outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
AI & Predictive Analytics for Financial Strategy

-Develop and deploy
AI-driven predictive models to enhance financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk assessment.
-Utilize
causal inference and machine learning to analyze financial trends.
-Build
custom NLP and LLM solutions to automate financial compliance monitoring, reducing risk and audit costs.
-Apply
data science techniques to optimize cost efficiency, resource allocation, and financial planning.
Enterprise Data & Process Automation

-Integrate
AI models with ERP systems to streamline financial reporting and decision-making.
-Design and implement
real-time financial data dashboards for leadership insights.
-Drive
process automation to improve operational efficiencies and reduce manual workload.

Qualifications
AI, Data Science & Predictive Analytics Expertise

-5-8 years of related experience
-Proven experience in
machine learning, NLP, LLMs, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
-Expertise in
Python, SQL, R, Tableau, Snowflake, Sagemaker, and statistical modeling.
-Experience in
building AI-powered financial and compliance monitoring solutions.
Strategic Finance & Business Acumen

-Strong background in
financial analytics, forecasting, market research, and investment strategy.
-Experience developing
data-driven business cases for multi-million-dollar investment decisions.
-Ability to synthesize insights from
large-scale financial datasets and multiple data sources.
