We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team in Claremont, NC! This role requires you to be in our Claremont, NC office five days a week.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
In this role, you will assist with customer-facing initiatives to improve all areas of the Service model, including Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning, Forecasting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Transportation, and VMI/AIM. Provide lead roles for cross-functional collaboration to implement continuous process improvement efforts and best business practices throughout CommScope’s Supply Chain. Maintaining healthy inventory levels and executing mitigating actions. Partners with Operations Management and PLM with the primary goal of balancing the competing objectives of maximizing customer service, minimizing supply chain lead time.

-Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning Process in collaboration with PLM, Sales and Operations
-Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain standardized operating procedures
-First point of contact to mitigate and solve escalated issues to debottleneck supply chain operations
-Manages inventory levels in assigned regions and business units, working closely with operations, sales and product line management for supply chain optimization; Publish excess inventory reports
-Engage in NPI activities with Engineering / Sales and PLM to support speed to market initiatives
-Measure, support and develop local entity planners
-Manage system parameters for the entire Product Life Cycle
-Work closely with procurement and vendors in managing contract manufacturing products, where applicable
-Balance supply and capacity to provide the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency
-Manage and maintain the 3rd-party direct ship process
Required Qualifications for Consideration:

-Two or more years of supply chain experience
-Knowledge of production control systems, specifically SAP
-Experience with scheduling, forecasting, procurement, planning and customer service

-Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent)
-Previous experience managing the 3rd-party direct ship process
-Strong communication, teamwork and presentation skills
-Strong analytical abilities
-Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines
-Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, and innovative individual
