•The appointed paralegal will review and analyse incoming reports to quickly identify high risk, high profile, sensitive, or no risk matters.
•You will respond to enquiries, gather evidence to ensure accurate and timely triage while working closely with colleagues to meet strict KPIs and deadlines.
•The organisation is looking for candidates with experience making risk related decisions in regulatory, compliance, and professional services environments.
• You will have proven experience responding effectively to enquiries from both the public and professionals.
