Store Manager - Rundle Mall Originals Concept Store
Responsibilities include:
-Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience
-Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success
-Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo
-Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed
-Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability
-Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor
-Work with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder
-Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance
-Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment
-Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
-Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
The successful candidate:
You will have a commercial mindset and strong retail background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
-Retail Store Manager experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear would be desirable but not essential
-You have experience as a leader in coaching and mentoring your team to succeed
