What you’ll do on a typical day:

-Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of FLT operatives
-Set and monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our SLAs
-Carry out team briefings and general staff communication
-Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors
What you need to succeed at XPO:

-Previous experience in managing a team in a warehouse environment
-Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process
-Confidence in warehouse health and safety
-MHE License is desired (or a willingness to undertake training towards this)
