Locum Paediatric Occupational Therapists Needed
Join Our Client as a Locum Paediatric Occupational Therapist. Flexible, rewarding opportunities across London, Havering and Essex
Our client is expanding! We're looking for passionate, HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver child-centred OT programmes alongside Speech & Language Therapists.
Location: London, Havering and Essex
Rate: A£35 to A£55 an hour travel costs will depend on distance from site (Umbrella)
ï¸ Start Date: ASAP
A³ Duration: 4 months
Working Pattern: Part-Time 1-2 days p/w (Mon-Fri)
What you'll do:
* Assess, plan and deliver OT interventions for children with sensory, motor-planning and daily living challenges in schools or homes
* Create clear treatment plans, EHCP contributions and progress reports aligned with RCOT/HCPC standards
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, SENCOs and SLTs to embed strategies in daily routines
* Maintain GDPR-compliant records and safeguarding best practice
What we're looking for:
* HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience (schools, early years or community children's teams)
* Confident working independently, with strong teamwork and communication skills
* (Desirable) Sensory Integration training, EHCP writing experience, AAC knowledge
