Your role in our mission

-Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for OutSystems applications and backend services hosted on AWS.
-Define and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to provision and manage environments across AWS and PostgreSQL databases.
-Oversee deployment and configuration management of cloud-native components (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/PostgreSQL, S3, ECS).
-Ensure seamless integration of OutSystems Lifetime environments with AWS-hosted systems and services.
-Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system performance, and availability.
-Collaborate with development, QA and architecture teams to support scalable and resilient environments.
-Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts for system reliability and uptime.
-Enforce DevSecOps principles, ensuring all pipelines and infrastructure align with the requirements.
-Coach and mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to establishing DevOps best practices across teams.
What we're looking for

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
-5+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles.
-3+ years of experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS (PostgreSQL), Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
-Experience with PostgreSQL database configuration, performance tuning, and backup strategies.
-Familiarity with OutSystems deployment lifecycle, environment management (Lifetime), and integration with external services.
-Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Preferred / Bonus Experience

-Knowledge of OutSystems DevOps APIs, environment promotion, and automated testing integration.
-Familiarity with EDI data processing workflows or tools.
-Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
-AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) and/or OutSystems certifications.
