Job Summary
Cardinal Ritter College Prep seeks a dedicated and experienced Head Baseball Coach to lead the boys baseball program. The coach will oversee all aspects of team development, including instruction, planning, and promoting a culture of discipline, academic accountability, and competitive excellence.
Job Responsibilities

-Plan and implement practice schedules, conditioning, and game strategies.
-Teach fundamentals of baseball, including rules, techniques, and situational play.
-Supervise assistant coaches and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
-Foster academic success, personal development, and sportsmanship.
-Coordinate game scheduling, transportation, and equipment management.
-Maintain compliance with school, league, and MSHSAA regulations.
-Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
-Serve as a mentor and role model on and off the field.
Job Requirements

-Prior baseball coaching experience (head coach preferred).
-In-depth knowledge of baseball strategy, fundamentals, and instruction.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
-MSHSAA certification or eligibility.
-Ability to work evenings and weekends during the spring season.
