Head Girls Volleyball Coach

Job Summary
Cardinal Ritter College Prep is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Girls Volleyball Coach to lead and manage the volleyball program. The ideal candidate will build a competitive and character-driven team while developing athletes both on and off the court.
Job Responsibilities
-Plan and lead all practices, matches, and team activities during the fall season.
-Develop players' skills, game strategies, and physical conditioning.
-Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture.
-Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and assign roles as needed.
-Maintain and manage equipment and uniforms.
-Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and school administration.
-Ensure compliance with school policies and MSHSAA rules and regulations.
-Promote academic achievement and character development.
-Coordinate team logistics, including transportation and facility use.
-Represent Cardinal Ritter College Prep positively in the community and during competition.
Job Requirements
-Prior volleyball coaching experience (head coaching preferred).
-Strong understanding of volleyball techniques, rules, and coaching methods.
-Leadership, organizational, and motivational skills.
-CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
-MSHSAA certification or eligibility to be certified.
-Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
