Job Summary
St. Ann Catholic School is seeking energetic, dependable, and compassionate Summer Camp Aides to assist with day-to-day activities during the summer camp program. Camp Aides will support the Camp Director and lead staff in creating a safe, engaging, and faith-filled environment for children, while helping with games, crafts, meals, and supervision throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities
-Assist in supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities.
-Support the planning and facilitation of games, crafts, story time, and faith-based lessons.
-Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe camp environment.
-Foster respectful and positive interactions with children and peers.
-Assist with snack and lunch routines, cleanup, and transitions between activities.
-Serve as a role model of Christian values, kindness, and cooperation.
-Report any concerns or incidents to the Camp Director or supervisor promptly.
Job Requirements
-Must be at least 16 years old (or minimum age required by the program)
-Enjoys working with children and being part of a team
-Responsible, positive, and respectful
-Willingness to follow directions and assist lead staff as needed
-Practicing Catholic preferred; must respect the mission and values of Catholic education
-Completion of Safe Environment training required for individuals 18 and older
