What You’ll Do
Depending on the role and department, you may be responsible for:
-Driving business results through strategic planning, execution, and performance tracking
-Collaborating cross-functionally with global and local teams
-Leading or supporting key business initiatives and transformation projects
-Analyzing data to generate actionable insights
-Strengthening our brand and retail presence in the Japanese market
-Building a culture of excellence, inclusion, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
-University degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.)
-3+ years of relevant professional experience (industry experience in retail/FMCG/luxury is a plus)
-Strong communication skills in both Japanese (Native/Fluent) and English (Business Level)
-Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth
-Digital-savvy, analytical, and comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment
