-8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)

-Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies

-Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
