-At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure related work, preferably 2nd line and above
-At least 3 years of working experience with Microstrategy,
-At least 2 years of working experience with MS Power BI, SAP Business Objects or other visualization and BI tools
-Knowledge of ITIL & AGILE methodologies (certifications are a plus)
-Solid experience in Service Management both at application and platform levels
