-Receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.

-Ensure all sale and refund transactions run smoothly and will help maximize customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.

-Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Redeem coupons and vouchers.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Sell add-ons to customers to increase UPT.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.

-Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.

-Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.

-Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

-Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.

-Driving CRM and NPS as a last point for customer contact in store.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

-1- 3 years work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales.
style="list-style-type:disc"-
-Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
