-Create and manage product roadmaps associated with owned product areas and other assigned projects.
-Interface with vendors and internal company resources to communicate business product needs and priorities from a property perspective.
-Manage booking engine content, merchandising and related operations.
-Communicates with all areas of the company, working with internal and external partners to identify and define technology needs based on product and marketing business requirements.
-Be responsible for the customer experience of the organization/property.
-Find opportunities for innovation on behalf of our customers; design and implement new products and features related to these opportunities.
-Measure and analyze all aspects of the business.
-Identify and drive operational improvements and cost reductions.
-Familiarize yourself with the products components and its potential impact on the market as a whole.
-Practice discretion when discussing the production roll-out and maintain confidentiality.
-Evaluate market competition and position the product so that it appeals to consumers.
-Prepare launch events to coincide with consumers’ buying patterns.
-Write a go-to-market summary and introduce it to the rest of the department.
-Identify and approach potential distributors.
-Create mission statement for product launch and forecast performance in individual channels.
-Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
-21 years of age.
-Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is essential.
-3 to 5 years product management experience required.
-Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in online business/eCommerce environment.
-Minimum of 3+ years analytics experience in online business/eCommerce environment.
-Experience with development and maintenance of content management systems.
-Experience with web analytics and reporting tools.
-Familiarity with modern web development.
-Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
-Must be able to obtain and maintain required licenses, such as a valid Nevada Driver's License, Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, Gaming Control Card, etc. and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy if needed.
-Working experience in Python, R, SQL, SAS, Visual Basic.
-Experience in data reporting and visualization tools (Klipfolio, Tableau or Spotfire, etc.).
-Expert Microsoft Excel skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
-Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:

-Lift or carry 10 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
-Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
-Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
-Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
-Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
-Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
-Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
