Job Description
-Covering two lines, extrusion and bag converting
-Set and maintain the appropriate SOPs and SOCs.
-Initiate projects to optimize operational performance, including Yield, Rate, Uptime and Cost Per Unit.
-Provide support to operation team in daily troubleshooting.
-Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
-Lead the new product introduction and raw material replacement project
-Act as key contributor in optimizing process and procedure.
-Acts as a process representative when new lines introduction
-Acts as MPG representative of responsible lines, build up connect QPU to regional sites
-Participate EHS, food safety and quality programs.
-Acts as a resource for operators and quality people in training
Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree in Material science, Polymer science or Chemical engineering.
-Minimum 3-year experiences in multi-layer extrusion or bag converting or printing. Multi-international company experience is preferable. Lean/6 sigma experience is preferable.
-Strong Problem-Solving skill in process/operation.
-Strong Project Management experience is a plus.
-Fluent English read, write and communication.
-Good self-management skills, good corporation spirit, with the ability to function effectively as part of a cross functional team.
-Strong ability to learn new knowledge, good coaching skills on operation side.
