Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering team based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical engineering support across a fast-paced production environment, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of machinery and production equipment
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and electrical regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process optimisation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a manufacturing environment
- FMCG industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
