• The firm welcomes applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors that have an interest in pursuing a career in Family Law.
• You will represent clients in complex and sensitive private family cases, handling cases involving divorce and separation, matrimonial finances, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, enforcement, and Private Children Act cases.
• You should be personable and empathetic, confident in engaging with clients, and skilled in drafting correspondence, court applications, statements, and other essential legal documents
• Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a busy caseload, meet deadlines, and provide clients with robust, effective representation to achieve the best outcomes.
